26 August 2010: Homework 1 is posted below. Reading for next time: Svelto 2.2
5 Sept 2010: Homework 2 is posted below. Reading for tuesday: Svelto Appendix A, or equivalently, Griffiths 9.1 - 9.3
8 Sept 2010: When I made up HW2, I wasn't sure how far I'd get in lecture, and I can see that we didn't really get far enough for you to be able to do the last 3 easily. I'll make the homework due Tuesday 14 Sept instead. Also, after answering some questions about the first problem, I have reposted it with clarifications in red.
17 Sept 2010: Homework 3 is posted. Due 28 Sept in class. Remember, I'll be out monday and tuesday for a conference in NM.
27 Sept 2010: We'll have a regular class tomorrow in the classroom. We'll go to the lab on Thursday.
5 Oct 2010: Homework 4 is posted. Reading for this assignment: 6.1-6.3, 7.1-7.3, but leaving out sections concerning space-dependent rate equations.
16 Oct 2010: Homework 5 is posted. Reading for this assignment: chapter 4. Due 26 Oct. Also posted a mathematica notebook on raytracing that I showed in class.
