- Ask questions during class. if you're not understanding something, chances are others are in the same boat.
- Start working on the homeworks as soon as they are released. That way, if you get stuck, you'll be able to come to my office and ask questions.
- I need continuous feedback from you as to how the class is going. If something is not working, I'd rather know sooner than later. You'd be surprised, sometimes a bored look is indistinguishable from an overwhelmed look.
- I expect everyone to be able to run and (modestly) modify Mathematica notebooks. If you're not comfortable with Mathematica, start practicing now. And come see me to ask questions.
- I am available to do review sessions outside normal class hours, by request. Discuss amongst yourselfs; if you have a topic of general interest that you think we should review, let me know.
