How to launch InkSurvey questions

1. log-in
2. go to the admin web page
3. click on the green arrow icon to launch the question on the students web page
4. the line on which the question is placed will turn green indicating it is active on the student web page
5. click on the red box (which was formerly the green arrow) to remove this question from the students web page
