How to delete student responses and delete questions

To delete student responses on the admin page

1. click on the "eye" icon
2. click on the "toilet" icon to delete or "flush" all student responses

To delete questions on the admin page

1. click on the icon just to the right of the "RIP" icon
2. click OK
