How to construct InkSurvey questions

1. log-in to InkSruvey
2. click on "add new question"
3. add title and question in the appropriate boxes
4. put a check mark in the boxes below to have only graphical response or only text response or both
5. put a check mark in the boxes below to require an identifier or ask for a confidence rating
6. click create question which sends you to a page confirming the creation of the question
7. click admin page
