How to generate an InkSurvey account

1. Go to ticc.mines.edu
2. click on InkSurvey Tool
3. click on create account in upper left
4. add information then click on submit
5. go to your email account used in your submission and click to active the account
6. you will receive another email with the link to your InkSurvey web page
