- Go to ticc.mines.edu
- click on InkSurvey Tool
- click on create account (on the upper left of this web page)
- add the requested information and then click on submit
- go to your email account (used in your submission above) and click on the link to active the account
- you now have an InkSurvey account
- you now need to set up a survey for each of your classes
