  1. Go to ticc.mines.edu
  2. click on InkSurvey Tool
  3. click on create account (on the upper left of this web page)
  4. add the requested information and then click on submit
  5. go to your email account (used in your submission above) and click on the link to active the account
  6. you now have an InkSurvey account
  7. you now need to set up a survey for each of your classes
