How to generate a Survey for each class

Go to your instructor web page or go to ticc.mines.edu and navigate to your web page by clicking on your country then your school etc.
click on create survey (on the upper left of this web page)
BE CAREFUL IN CHOOSING A NAME: the name you choose will be on the web link for both your web page and the students
click submit
go to your email account (used in your submission above) to activate this survey
you can repeat this process for a survey for each of your classes. When you log-in however you will use the same password for all of these survey.
