Hardware Failures

This page tracks hardware issues with specific tablets. Please be very descriptive about your problem--what exactly is the problem, when does it occur, under what operating systems?
- #17 - Keyboard problems -- x key sometimes sticks. Causes beeping during bootup, very difficult to type during normal operation.
- #28 - 2 Dead Pixels
- #66 - Screen flickers intermittently during operation (flickers for a few minutes, then ok for a few minutes), appears to be getting worse over time. Present in both Windows and Linux.
- Note: This problem seems to be present on multiple tablets. Let's just keep a record here of all of the tablets exhibiting this problem.
- #67 - Bad pen; right-click button does not seem to work (more investigation required)
- #55 - One (1) dead pixel. Shows as a constant black or dark blue. The official warranty is for 6 pixels or more, so this is not covered.
